How to get each team calendar link
Copy one link at a time from the GameChanger mobile app. Use a clear team name when you import each calendar so the events remain easy to identify during review.

Open the team
In the GameChanger app, select the team from the Home tab. Each team has its own calendar link.

Open team settings
Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner of the team screen.

Choose Schedule Sync
Select Schedule Sync, then choose Sync Schedule to Your Calendar.

Copy the calendar link
Use Copy Calendar Link if it appears. If GameChanger shows Send Link and Instructions, choose it and copy the URL from the share options or message.
The link normally starts with webcal:// or https://. Filter My Calendar accepts either format. Menu wording can vary slightly by device and GameChanger version.

Use Schedule Sync in GameChanger. Repeat the process for every team you want to combine.

Can I merge multiple GameChanger calendars?
Yes. Copy the calendar link for each GameChanger team, import each one, and select between two and five calendars to merge.
Can I combine schedules for several children?
Yes. Each source keeps its calendar name and an accessible source color during review, so you can identify which team or child an event belongs to.
What happens when the same game appears twice?
Filter My Calendar flags possible duplicates and keeps identical cross-calendar events once by default. You can review the source copies and choose to keep them separately.
Does the merged calendar show schedule conflicts?
Yes. Overlapping timed events are flagged before creation. You can remove an event or explicitly keep both.
How much does a merged calendar cost?
A merged calendar costs $2.50 as a one-time payment. You can reopen it to change its name or event selection and download it again without another charge.
