How to Find and Copy Your GameChanger Calendar Link
Have your phone handy. You can find the link inside your team's settings, then use it to filter games and practices or combine schedules.

Open your team, then tap the gear
Select a team from Home in the GameChanger mobile app. Open its settings using the gear at the top right.
The gear belongs to the team you have open. Choose Schedule Sync
In Team Settings, look below Game Alerts for Schedule Sync.
Find Schedule Sync inside Team Settings. Open the calendar options
Tap Sync Schedule to Your Calendar to see the available actions.
This opens the calendar options; it does not copy the link yet. Copy the calendar link
Choose Copy Calendar Link. The team calendar URL is now ready to paste. Repeat for each team you need.
On iPhone, choose Copy Calendar Link at the bottom of this popover.
Copying the link on iPhone or Android
On iPhone, the popover contains Sync Apple Calendar, Sync Google Calendar, and Copy Calendar Link. Choose Copy Calendar Link. On Android, look for the same copy option in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
If your version only offers Send Link and Instructions after selecting Sync Google Calendar, use that option and choose Copy. If it copies instructions too, paste only the calendar URL into Filter My Calendar.
Link copied? Bring it into your calendar.
Create an account or sign in, choose to import a calendar link, and paste the full URL. Review the events before choosing which ones to keep.

Before you paste the link
- Copy the calendar URL, rather than the team profile or invitation link.
- A URL starting with
webcal://is expected. Filter My Calendar accepts it as copied. - If you copied a message, paste only the URL into the calendar link field.
Want the whole team schedule in Google? Follow our Google Calendar instructions. A filtered or merged export from Filter My Calendar is a snapshot; later source changes are not applied automatically.

Where is Schedule Sync in GameChanger?
Open a team from Home and tap its gear icon. Schedule Sync is in Team Settings. Start inside the team you want to export.
Why does my calendar link start with webcal://?
That is a calendar subscription URL. Paste the whole link into Filter My Calendar; webcal:// and https:// calendar links are both supported. Keep the rest of the URL intact, including anything after a question mark.
Why are practices missing from the calendar?
GameChanger limits followers to games. Staff, players, and parents or guardians also receive practices and other team events. Check your team role if expected events are missing.
Is there one calendar link for all my teams?
Copy a link from each team you want to include. Import those calendars separately into Filter My Calendar, then select them to create a merged calendar.
Can I use the link without Filter My Calendar?
Yes. You can subscribe to the full team calendar directly in a compatible calendar app. Filter My Calendar is useful when you want selected events or several schedules in one calendar. Its exported calendar is a snapshot and does not receive later source changes automatically.
