Add a GameChanger Schedule to Google Calendar
Use GameChanger's built-in Schedule Sync for the complete team schedule. If you want selected events or several teams in one calendar, copy each GameChanger link and prepare an ICS calendar before importing it into Google Calendar.
Two ways to add the schedule
Direct subscription keeps the complete GameChanger schedule connected. A filtered ICS import gives you control over which events are copied into Google Calendar.

Sync the complete schedule directly
These steps use GameChanger's native Google Calendar connection. All events available to your GameChanger role are included.

Open your team
Select the team from the Home tab in the GameChanger mobile app.

Open Schedule Sync
Tap the gear icon, choose Schedule Sync, then select Sync Schedule to Your Calendar.

Choose Google Calendar
Select Sync Google Calendar. The next step differs between Android and iPhone.

Finish in Google
Approve the calendar on Android, or paste the copied URL into Google Calendar on the web.

Android
After choosing Sync Google Calendar, tap Continue to Google's Website and approve Add. The team calendar will appear under Other calendars.
iPhone or desktop
Choose Send Link and Instructions, then copy the link. Open Google Calendar in a web browser. Next to Other calendars, choose the plus sign, select From URL, paste the link, and add the calendar.
Google can take up to 24 hours to show changes from a subscribed GameChanger calendar. Google controls the refresh schedule.
Filter the schedule before importing
Use this route when you do not want every team event or when you need an ordinary ICS file.

Open the team
In the GameChanger app, select the team from the Home tab. Each team has its own calendar link.

Open team settings
Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner of the team screen.

Choose Schedule Sync
Select Schedule Sync, then choose Sync Schedule to Your Calendar.

Copy the calendar link
Use Copy Calendar Link if it appears. If GameChanger shows Send Link and Instructions, choose it and copy the URL from the share options or message.
The link normally starts with webcal:// or https://. Filter My Calendar accepts either format. Menu wording can vary slightly by device and GameChanger version.
A filtered calendar is a saved copy. It does not update automatically when the GameChanger schedule changes. For an unchanged full schedule with periodic updates, use GameChanger's direct subscription instead.
FAQ
Can GameChanger sync with Google Calendar?
Yes. GameChanger provides a Schedule Sync option for Google Calendar. On Android, the app can continue to Google to add the calendar. On iPhone, copy the calendar link and add it through Google Calendar in a web browser.
Why is my GameChanger calendar not updating in Google Calendar?
Google controls how often it checks subscribed calendars. GameChanger notes that changes can take up to 24 hours to appear in Google Calendar.
Why does the schedule appear under Other calendars?
Adding a GameChanger URL creates a subscribed, read-only calendar. Google lists URL subscriptions under Other calendars instead of copying the events into a calendar you own.
Can I add the events to a shared family Google Calendar?
A subscribed GameChanger calendar remains separate from a shared family calendar. Filter My Calendar can create an ICS copy that you import into a calendar you choose, but that copy will not receive later GameChanger updates automatically.
Can I filter out practices or team events first?
Yes. Import the GameChanger calendar link into Filter My Calendar, choose the events you want, and download the result for Google Calendar.
