Merge calendars. Keep the events you need.

Combine school, sports, and family calendars into one calendar. Keep identical events once, review overlapping events, and choose what to include.

Two schools. One family calendar.

Schools in the same district often share holidays and closures. Combine their calendars without adding every shared event twice, while keeping the events specific to each child’s school.

Example: compare two school calendars before and after merging

Before merging, 10 events are shown.

How to merge calendar files and links

Import each calendar independently so it stays available in My Calendars.

  1. 1

    Import your calendars

Add calendar links or upload ICS files, then select at least two imported calendars to merge.

  2. 2

    Choose events

Search the combined list and select or deselect events. Keep one copy of identical events or choose to keep the copies separate.

  3. 3

    Review differences

Compare possible matches and review time conflicts. Keep both events when that is what you want.

  4. 4

    Name and download

Name your merged calendar, pay $2.50, and download the ICS file for your calendar app.

You decide what stays

Identical does not mean similar

Events with different locations, descriptions, or other details remain separate for you to compare. Matching titles alone are not enough to automatically combine them.

Filter once, across your calendars

Search for something you do not need, such as payroll reminders, and deselect the results. Clear the search to continue reviewing the rest of your events.

FAQ

Which calendars can I merge?

Merge between 2 and 5 imported calendars, including calendar links and ICS files. Events already imported from PDFs or images can also be included. Large selections may need fewer calendars.

What happens to duplicate events?

Identical events from different calendars are included once by default. You can review the copies and keep them separate instead. Events with differing details, repeating events, and copies within one calendar are left for review rather than automatically combined.

Can I filter events after merging?

Yes. Search across the imported events and calendar names, then select or deselect the results. You can also choose events individually. Events outside the current view stay unchanged.

How are time conflicts handled?

Overlapping timed events are flagged for review. You decide whether to keep the events or exclude one. Possible matches and time conflicts must be resolved or explicitly accepted before creating the calendar.

How much does merging cost?

A merged calendar costs $2.50 one-time, including event filtering. The first-calendar-free offer applies to a single filtered calendar, not a merge. Already paid PDF or image imports can be included without paying for those imports again.

Will my original calendars change or stay in sync?

Your original calendars are unchanged. The merged calendar is a snapshot of the imported events, not a live connection to the sources. Later changes to the original calendars are not automatically included.

Can I use the merged calendar in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook?

Yes. Download the merged calendar as a standard ICS file and import it into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or another compatible calendar app.

Bring your calendars together.

Create one calendar with the events you choose. Your original calendars stay unchanged.
