Export and Filter a GameChanger Calendar
Copy a GameChanger calendar link, select the games and practices you need, and create a smaller calendar for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. The team's original schedule stays unchanged.
From the GameChanger app to your calendar
GameChanger creates a separate calendar link for each team. Filter My Calendar imports that link and lets you leave out events you do not need before downloading a standard calendar file.

How to copy your GameChanger calendar link
You need the mobile app and access to the specific team. Repeat these steps for every team calendar you want to import.

Open the team
In the GameChanger app, select the team from the Home tab. Each team has its own calendar link.

Open team settings
Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner of the team screen.

Choose Schedule Sync
Select Schedule Sync, then choose Sync Schedule to Your Calendar.

Copy the calendar link
Use Copy Calendar Link if it appears. If GameChanger shows Send Link and Instructions, choose it and copy the URL from the share options or message.
The link normally starts with webcal:// or https://. Filter My Calendar accepts either format. Menu wording can vary slightly by device and GameChanger version.

Search the schedule and select the games, practices, tournaments, or team events you want to keep.
Use your calendar app
Download an ICS file for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or another compatible calendar.
Leave the team schedule alone
Your selections create a separate calendar. Nothing is deleted or edited in GameChanger.
Subscribe directly for the full schedule
If you want every available team event, use GameChanger's direct Apple or Google Calendar option. Calendar apps decide when subscribed schedules refresh, so changes may not appear immediately.
Import here when you need a smaller copy
Use Filter My Calendar when you want to select events, combine team calendars, or create an ICS file for a different calendar app. The result is a saved copy and does not track later source changes yet.
FAQ
Can I export a GameChanger schedule?
Yes. GameChanger provides a calendar link for each team through Schedule Sync. You can subscribe to the complete schedule or import the link into Filter My Calendar and choose specific events.
Where is the GameChanger calendar link?
Open a team in the GameChanger app, tap the gear icon, choose Schedule Sync, and then select Sync Schedule to Your Calendar. Copy the link directly or use Send Link and Instructions if that option appears.
Will practices be included?
GameChanger says staff, players, and parents or guardians can sync all team events, including practices. Followers receive the game schedule only. The available events depend on your team role.
Will the original GameChanger calendar change?
No. Filter My Calendar reads the imported schedule and creates a separate calendar from the events you select. It does not edit the team schedule in GameChanger.
Does the filtered calendar update when GameChanger changes?
Not currently. The filtered calendar contains the events saved when you create it. Later GameChanger cancellations, additions, and time changes are not imported automatically.
Can I combine schedules from several GameChanger teams?
Yes. Copy the calendar link for each team, import them separately, and merge between two and five calendars into one calendar.
