Terms of Service

Filter My Calendar lets you import calendar data, upload schedules, create filtered calendar feeds, and download or subscribe to generated outputs.

The service may change over time, including features, pricing, limits, and integrations.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for activity that occurs under your account.

You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement and your use complies with applicable law.

You retain your rights in calendar data, uploaded files, and other content you submit.

You grant Filter My Calendar permission to host, process, transform, reproduce, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service, including importing calendar sources, parsing uploads, generating feeds, and troubleshooting support issues.

You represent that you have the rights needed to provide that content and to authorize us to process it for those purposes.

You may not use the service to:

• Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, feeds, systems, or data.
• Interfere with service reliability, security, or availability.
• Upload malicious code, abusive content, or content you do not have the right to use.
• Resell, scrape, or bulk-extract the service in a way that exceeds authorized use.

Some features require payment. Checkout and payment processing are handled by Stripe.

Prices, taxes, and billing terms presented at checkout control the transaction. Unless stated otherwise at purchase time, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The service depends on third-party providers and data sources, including calendar providers, authentication providers, hosting, storage, analytics, and payment processors.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful imports from every source, or that third-party services will remain compatible or available.

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created security or legal risk, or used the service in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every scheduling, compliance, or archival use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filter My Calendar and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant paid feature during the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the effective date.
