Get the TeamSnap link
Use the illustrated guide for your version of TeamSnap. Import the calendar URL as a source.

Choose events
Review games, practices, and other events. Select what belongs in your calendar.

Add another schedule if needed
Import a GameChanger or school calendar separately. Select two to five sources to merge and review duplicates or overlaps.

Create and download
Download the selected events as an ICS file. A merged calendar costs $2.50; review your selections before paying.
FAQ
Can I export a TeamSnap calendar?
Yes. Get a calendar URL from the original TeamSnap web export dialog or a TeamSnap ONE subscription email. Import that URL into Filter My Calendar to select events and download an ICS file.
Can I keep only particular practices or games?
Yes. Review the imported events and select the ones you want to include. For example, keep the practices you drive to and the games your family plans to attend.
Can TeamSnap already combine my teams?
Yes. TeamSnap supports a combined schedule, and TeamSnap ONE has an all-teams subscription. Filter My Calendar is useful for choosing specific events or including calendars from other sources.
Can I combine TeamSnap and GameChanger?
Yes. Import the calendar link from each app separately, then select both sources to merge. You can also include a school calendar link, PDF, or image.
How much does it cost?
Your first filtered calendar is free. A merge of two to five imported calendars costs $2.50 as a one-time payment. PDF and image processing is priced separately before upload.
