How to Find and Copy Your TeamSnap Calendar Link
The original TeamSnap website and TeamSnap ONE have different ways to get a calendar URL. Follow the section that matches your app.
Original TeamSnap: copy the link on the web
Sign in to TeamSnap in a browser and enter your team using your roster name. The illustrations below recreate the relevant controls with sample details.
1. Open Schedule → Settings
Choose Sync Calendar / Export from the menu.
2. Copy a calendar URL
Select the full URL under Full Calendar or Games Only.
The original iPhone app's Schedule share icon starts an Apple Calendar subscription. Use the web export dialog when you need the URL to paste elsewhere.

TeamSnap ONE: get the links by email

Open All Schedules
In TeamSnap ONE, tap the calendar icon at the top right.

Request the links
Choose Sync other calendar or Sync Google Calendar to receive an email.

Open the email
It includes individual team URLs and an all-teams URL.

Copy your choice
Copy the team URL you need, or the all-teams URL for your combined schedule.
Use either individual team links or the combined link for those teams. Importing both can bring in the same events twice.

Paste the calendar URL into Filter My Calendar
Create an account or sign in, import a calendar link, and paste the entire URL. You can choose events from that schedule or add another source before merging.
FAQ
Where is the calendar link in original TeamSnap?
On the team website, open Schedule, then Settings and Sync Calendar / Export. The export dialog contains calendar URLs.
Where does TeamSnap ONE send the links?
The calendar options in All Schedules can email subscription links to your inbox. Choose the individual team or all-teams URL from that email.
Should I copy Full Calendar or Games Only?
Use Full Calendar if you want to review practices and other events as well as games. Choose Games Only if that is all you need. The original TeamSnap export dialog provides both options.
Can I paste a team invitation link?
Use a calendar subscription URL. A team invitation, login page, or schedule webpage is not the calendar itself. Copy the entire calendar URL without shortening it.
What do I do once I have the link?
Subscribe in your calendar app for the source schedule, or import it into Filter My Calendar to choose events and create an ICS calendar.
